Pursuant to Ch. 119 of the Florida Statutes, I'm requesting copies of the following documents from Jan. 1, 2015, through the date of fulfillment of this request:
- Any and all applications received by the DDA for property improvement grants.
- award letters to property owners who were chosen to receive grants.
- canceled checks that show disbursements of grants
- any written criteria/methodology/explanation for how winning applicants are selected
- any and all correspondence between DDA and grant recipients.
