Pursuant to the Public Records Act, Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, I am requesting the following information:
1. Any and all internal communications between the City of Miami’s Zoning Department, Office of the City Attorney, and Office of the City Manager pertaining to the project in development at 3401 and 3405 Main Highway 33133 (Folio #s 01-4121-043-0090 and 01-4121-043-0091), and otherwise known as the Mr. C Hotel.
2. Any and all communications between any City offices or departments and the owner, developer or legal representative of the above referenced property under development.
In lieu of hard copies of these records I am happy to meet at City offices to review any and all files containing such records. Thank you for your prompt attention.
